I have been training with Jennifer at Get U Fit since 2006. There is no mistaking her knowledge of the body and nutrition. Through a combination of training and nutrition I lost 25+ pounds, kept it off and transformed my physique. Jennifer has helped me prepare for marathons and can tailor a speciﬁc training program for whatever you are trying to accomplish. Previous to training with Jennifer I had trained at gyms and by myself, if you have never experienced true private one-on-one training there is no comparison. When I train with Jennifer she is completely focused on me and the workout, always alternating exercises and introducing new ones. I am never bored and always excited to train. The best part is that she is so easy to get along with, I don’t feel like I am going to see my trainer, instead it’s like I’m meeting a friend for a work out.
